This policy explains when refunds are available for tuition, deposits, and other fees paid to Little Acorns. Customize before publishing.
Registration fees
Registration fees are non-refundable once your child's enrollment has been processed.
Deposits
Enrollment deposits hold your child's spot and are credited to your first month's tuition. Deposits are non-refundable if enrollment is cancelled less than 30 days before the start date.
Tuition
Tuition is billed in advance and is generally non-refundable for absences, illness, or family vacation. Long-term absence credits may be considered case-by-case at the director's discretion.
Center closures
In the event of unscheduled closures lasting more than five consecutive business days, a prorated tuition credit may be applied.
Requesting a refund
Submit refund requests in writing to hello@littleacorns.example. We aim to respond within 10 business days.
